Flat was excellent. well appointed. We will book again. The flat was really comfortable, clean and very quiet. Very close to the underground and in a very nice area. Location near metro station. Bed were standard 140 and the master room should have a slighter bigger bed. No soap. Should have at least a sponge and some cleaning product for the dishes. There was nothing to washing up and nor soap for your hands and shower. There was very little toilet paper as well.

The exact address of your apartment will be communicated by email 48 hours after booking. The key collection takes place at the agency's office from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 and 17:00. For arrivals on Sunday and public holidays, key collection will take place directly at the apartment reserved between 12:00 and 17:00. Please contact agency in advance to check key collection availability and extra charges should you be arriving outside of the hours noted above. Private transportation between the agency and apartment can be arranged on site, subject to an extra charge. Please note for multiple bookings, it is unlikely that the apartments will be in the same building. A valid photo ID of the person that made the booking, as well as the credit card used to reserve the stay, will be requested upon arrival. If the person who made the booking is not present at check-in, any family member bearing the same last name will be requested to show valid photo ID and a credit card. Guests bearing a different last name will have to show valid photo ID and a credit card, that will in turn be charged a EUR 15 extra fee. You will be asked to sign a credit card debit permission form as a guarantee upon arrival. Telephone costs and video on demand costs are all charged upon check-out.
