Everything was perfect, good location, 15 minutes by train to the center. Especially Nabil at the reception was a great help and gave us all the information we needed. i will definitely recommend to my friends and stay there myself next time. Thank you.

It was clean,
The staff was very nice and affable,
10 min by feet to train station.
Will definetly stay there for short time again if travel without family.
Extreamly helpful hotel personal. My next trip I would defenitely stay again the same Hotel. Very nice and warm environment.

lack of guaranteed security to possessions such as would have been given by safe boxes in rooms. Room power sockets were in awkward positions for charging IT equipment. Wifi was understrength in room. Sheet on bed had previous stain that had not been properly washed out. no headboard on bed.
1) iron did not work
2) had to remind the guy at the reception desk to order me a taxi in the morning
3) so few space in the room and in the toilet. The shower cabine was rather small (sorry for the details, it was difficult to lift up a knee there).
The non-smoking room smells like a smoking room.
I got to the hotel very late at night on foot from the train station ....... that was a very scary experience.
