Excellent staff, very attentive and eager to please, met us as we drove up and helped with convenient parking. Very clean apartment, rooms beautifully decorated in bright colours, lovely quirky ornaments. Very well equipped, including the kitchen, free wi-fi. Spacious rooms with balcony seating. Good lift access. Convenient for the shops and restaurants in Lens. Very well located for the French battlefields/memorials, good rail link to Paris/Disneyland, handy stopover on the way south from Cal.
