Staff friendly enough. Had not read email I sent them. Charged more than price advertised on your site. No towels in room although it turned out they had them in a cupboard. Rooms and bathroom very basic indeed - which I expected from the advertised price but not from what they charged.We were on the top floor no lift. Room was small and furniture very poor.
