The Provencal and architect-designed villa offers a large degree of atmosphere and comfort such as air-conditioning, WiFi, a big plasma screen TV (satellite connection) and a "Bose home cinema". The villa has five bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 persons. There is a courtyard with a fountain and several (covered) terraces. Two rooms have a view that extends to the sea. Access to the landscaped garden of 2,000 m2 with Mediterranean trees and plants is via an electrically operated gate. Here you will find a swimming pool and view of vineyards, palm trees, including the mythical wine estate La Madrague. Despite the peaceful countryside, you can find close, on a walking distance, a number of facilities that contribute to your successful holiday as the Parc Cap Lardier, the adjacent Chateau Valmer (spa, massage, sauna, hammam and fitness), hotel-restaurant La Pinède Plage (tennis) and of course the beaches of the Mediterranean sea with its restaurants.
