It is near to Metro station (about 5 minutes walk), not too far to go Eiffel Tower, Louvre etc (by taking the Metro), a lot of restaurant nearby, near to mcD. For budget hotel, I will recommend this to my friend.

It is a nice location hotel (pretty close to Metro) with relatively good
price. The room is tiny. You won't hear anything from other room,
but would hear people walking in stairwell. In all, if you want to have

very good customer service. Staff very friendly and helpful Especialy Samira, Mourad and Mr Amani at the reception . Strong Wifi was available everywhere in the building. I felt very secuired and welcomed. Thank you very much guys, keep it up.
Cheap for Paris. Good location. It's cheap for a reason. It has a very basic backpackers feel to it. Rooms tired but clean enough. Spend a bit more and get the Best Western option nearby,.
The price, location, connectivity, availability of convenience services
/ eateries nearby, basic cleanliness, ease of room availability for
instance for extending my stay.
You pay exactly only for what you have and not more... And the wireless
is also in all the rooms not only in the shared areas, sometimes
doesn't work but only sometimes...

Stairs!.
The shower holder is way too high to use. One has to hold the shower
head to take one.... Very inconvenient....
For the intrnet connexion you have to log in every 15 min . But there is a laptop in the lobby which is for everone.
Stairs were dirty, blatantly never seen a vacuum cleaner. Staff were pushy for me to pay the first night as if I was planning to leg it in the early hours and were 'in your face' about leaving the key when you go out. The hostel/backpackers feel is not what you expect from a hotel called Luxor.
The Chief of Staff was not kind although the others were polite. Payment
in advance instead of at checkout. Absence of elevator. Shortage of pre-
ordered breakfast items. No bbc or cnn on tv. Shower very sensitive,
goes from cool to very hot with a millimeter of movement. Lighting in
corridors not working often.
Expensive breakfast, no lift and narrow stairs (not easy with heavy luggage), Metro passing underground and can be felt also at the third floor, very small bathroom.

The bathrooms that we share are small and dirty. In the room the bedspread is not clean (I could see stains on it). There are not many choices in the breakfast.
There is an underground directly under the hotel and the trains are noisy especially at night.
The breakfest is overpriced, no elevator, low water pressure in the shower.
Next time I will definitely choose something else to stay.
The spiders in my room, there is no elevator so you have to take the stair case up to the 5th floor, internet does block all of the servers so outlook does not work.
