Set in a traditional house dating from the 18th century, this B&B offers a swimming pool in the landscaped garden. A continental breakfast is prepared every morning and Cahors Train Station is 14 km away. Free internet access and facilities for making hot drinks are provided in the guest rooms. Some of the rooms offer a garden view and each room has a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Breakfast is served in the dining room at Clos du Mas de Bastide. The Causses du Quercy Regional Park is a 40-minute drive away and La Cevenne hiking trail is set in front of the house. Private parking is free at this bed and breakfast.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Clos du Mas de Bastide for two nights in April. Sophie and Jean Paul were excellent hosts. Sophie went above and beyond the expected to make our stay a pleasant one. Our room was lovely and the bathroom was filled with amenities including bathrobes and slippers to make us comfortable. The grounds were very pretty with seating areas for relaxing and a big swimming pool. Breakfast was excellent with homemade jams and muffins, eggs, yogurt, cheese, and breads.
kaikki arvostelut » Superb B&B. Warm and friendly welcome. The mas is beautiful and peaceful. The owners sophie and jean paul are doing everything to make you feel like at home. Nothing is too much trouble. Excellent breakfast with freshly made juice. We stayed in the gabrielle room. Bed is really confortable and room very clean. . The hotel located at a wonderful place where you can find peace and comfort. What amazed me most was watching stars at night. You could even find the "milky way galaxy". If you like camp or countryside view, highly recommend this hotel. BTW, the host is very nice and the breakfast is also great. Sophie and Jean Paul have created a lovely place and the customers are very lucky for the opportunity to visit and to enjoy this marvellous place. Both are very nice, very well educated and very professionals. The relation quality and price is excellent. Delicious home made jams!. Everything possible was considered to make guests comfortable, from the delicious breakfast and comfortable beds to the pool and helpful tips for enjoying the area. The manor home was a lovely example of gracious historic accomodation and the hosts were wonderful. We enjoyed the gracious and welcoming hosts and the delicious home-made breakfasts including muffins and jams. Their recommendations for restaurants and area attractions were excellent. Our room was tastefully decorated and very clean. Beautiful place to stay, lovely rooms, great homemade breakfasts eaten outdoors, really quiet location, fabulous hosts with a beautiful and friendly dog. We will return for longer in 2015. excellent hosts, met all our needs including providing english tea bags. Sophie went out of her way to ensure we had an excellent stay. Breakfast outstanding even home made jams. I liked the landlady Sophie, her husband the accomodation and facilities, everything was so great that I want to go back myself and give high recommendation to everyone. Sophie was very welcoming and the room was lovely. Sophie booked a great restaurant for us as it was Sunday night and a lot are closed on Sundays. Friendly welcome, beautiful surroundings, large bathroom, luxury towels , great breakfast and achille the friendly, mischievous snowzer. Thoughtful attention to details, good quality bedding and towels, good lighting, excellent breakfast and nice hosts. Fantastic comfort in a location that is wonderfully relaxing. Great breakfast. Very nice rooms. A real gem!. Fantastic place to stay, so luxurious, wonderful caring hosts who will do anything for you. Very peaceful, good pool, lovely owners and comprehensive breakfast.. The owners are very friendly. The property is very beautiful.I can't see anything really. No negatives whatsoever, just comments. They wouldn`t let us take Achille the dog home with us! Only stayed 3 nights, should have been much longer, very big mistake!!. Lack of a T V or radio. Signage (difficult to find parking the first time round). Sound insulation between two rooms (through the bathroom). But these are small issues. It's just a little out of the way, part of its charm in some respects but it could also put some people off. We liked everything!.
