This small B&B is situated in Cabannes, just 800 metres from Cordes-sur-Ciel. The B&B dates from the 18th-century and offers free Wi-Fi in each room and a terrace to enjoy a continental breakfast. Ideally placed for sight seeing Albi etc. Terrific hosts who have made their home very welcoming. They were very helpful and we had a wonderful evening with them, enjoying a meal cooked by our hosts. La Maison au Puits is beautifully and stylishly decorated. Canit recommend the accommodation enough. Our hosts were very welcoming and friendly ... nothing was too much trouble. The building has been beautifully restored to provide a lovely haven. The location was excellent, a few minutes from the wonderful town of Cortes sur Ciel. Our hosts made fantastic meals, shared with interesting guests.

Thankyou for the birthday wine! Stephen families Australia. Our host, Nico, was very welcoming and saw to our every need. The two of us stayed in room one, which could sleep more people. Our bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom appliances were modern. A great location. Our hosts Christianne & Nico made us feel right at home. We really enjoyed their company and sitting at the dinner table with them and their other guests. The Meals were superb. Most definately recommended. very friendly b&b owners. Hotel has the charm of an old stone building and the comfort of modern interiors. Very nice breakfast. Owners always ready to accommodate needs. Great welcome, excellent food, great character and good value for money. Christianne & Nico make it a home from home and even dining in is more like dinner with friends. Nico's meals are great and both Nico & Christianne are extremely helpful and happy to go out of their way to improve your stay. Lovely place with beautiful ambience. Pleasant atmosphere and surroundings. It's a country bed and breakfast, not a luxury city centre hotel, but nicely done and good value. The atmosphere, decor, comfort, location, friendly and helpful hosts, breakfasts and dinner delicious. We will come again. Self service tea and coffee facility in the bedroom would have been welcome. Nothing. I couldn't pay with my credit card, they only have machine to read chip credit card and not to read magnetic tape credit cards. Also i din't get an official receipt. Would have preferred a television in the room. Grumpy owner(the cook) poor front of house manner.
