We loved the gardens and swimming pool area. Also the owners were so friendly and helpful! they learned we were leaving early the next morning before breakfast was due to be served, instantly offered to make us a tray so that we would have something in the morning and had a taxi booked for us as well! so nice and friendly! really helpful too with local information, they also give us a map and marked places etc to see.

Patient with my attempt at the French language, but conversed well with my partner who's French is far better than mine. We stayed in two different room and both were spotlessly clean and tidy, with a lot of thought going in to the decor and design. fabulous breakfasts!. A really lovely place to stay. Very comfortable and relaxing. Flo and her husband were extremely helpful and friendly . A huge and tasty breakfast too... Would thoroughly recommend their guest house . We loved Flo and her doggies. Location was just perfect with a great view of the old city from our skylight. Fabulous garden and pool, perfect for relaxing. As perfect as it gets for me. Our room, le chocolat, featured a skylight that framed La Cité that was lit at night, absolutely breathtaking sight. Breakfast is generous and served family style. Friendly owner flo guided us in by phone when we got lost excellent breakfast all you could want homemade jams etc. lovely large room with comfortable bed. The room was really great very french lots of frills location very good. This is very nice best place we stayed on are trip. This was truly a room with a view! It was very cosy and comfortable and the Florence was very helpful and friendly. Loved the rooms, LOVED the breakfast, loved the hospitality. Proximity to the old city. Excellently Located for both la Cité & Carcasonne both 10 minutes walk in an idyllic location. The breakfast is a cake, croissant, & crepe lovers dream. We liked the rustic French feel of the Villa and its location. The breakfasts were also very good. Absolutely nothing!. The room was a spacious converted attic, not meant for tall individuals. No public transportation available. security overboard double locking front door each night when there is a locked gate outside is a fire hazard and turning fridge down to 1 when you are paying 170 euros a night is a bit mean. Nothing. The room & bathroom were small, and very damp. Expensive at 130€ a night for two adults and a child. The lights on the stairs went out before you got to the bottom. The owners seemed reluctant to deal with the customers outside their hours.
