Calvi is really nice town, harbor with some historical buildings. Many great sandy beaches (clear beaches, azure blue water) close Residence Les Pins (maximum about 20 minutes with car). There r good supermarkets in Calvi too. Residence is on calm place, 15 minutes walk from center of Calvi, with terrace nice seaview (when you have apartement with seaview). Apartments r large enough, nice and clear for very good price I think. You can parking your car close to the apartement. Calvi is good poi.
