The proprietor was very friendly and helpful. The room, in a small annex/extension was large for a hotel room and had everything you would expect, including a modern TV. The bathroom was well equipped. At night the environs was totally silent, though it was wonderful to hear a loud dawn corus. Our evening meal, though not cheap, was well cooked and well flavoured. The food is excellent. Out of this world!! We have stayed at Pom'Poire for three years now and will go back next again! EXCELLENT!!!!!!!.
