Very friendly hosts with great customer service. Rooms were very clean and lovingly prepared with flowers and sweets on the cushions. We sent an SMS to say that our train was delayed and they asked us to call and have us the code to get in and said we could pay the next day. We arrived about 10 minutes after check-in closed and they were still open for us. Great location. Everything is close by. Free wifi access.

The presentation of the rooms was also adorable...scattered flower petals, candy and a complimentary water bottle. Location, perfect..steps from train station and one of the big main streets that leads you to all the main points. Enjoy Avignon, I absolument loved it!!. We really enjoyed our stay here. The guy on reception didn't speak much English but it wasn't a problem. Our room was plenty large and having a shower in the bedroom was an advantage. We had the breakfast here too and it was basic but yum. Would definitely stay again. Great, little hotel in a charming style - it is just an amazing place, very central, really helpful and great staff, very very clean room and toilet, very comfortable bed, possibility to have breakfast It all .for a good price. The staff here is very very friendly and there is also a lovely dog here. The breakfast is great. It's located within a ten minutes' walk to both the bus station and the train station. The owner was most helpful in assisting us with reservations for the Roman re-enactment in Nimes. I like the hotel globally, but I stayed there only 1 night so it is hard to review it in detail. Good value for money. It´s inside the city center so you reach by walking the main monuments in 10 minutes. Good location reasonably comfortable but small double bed. Centrally located Parking next to hotel (Paid). Nice bed, friendly staff. Close to the station. well, it's no bad. Close to the touristic points and that's all. Very loud nightclub opposite but earplugs were provided in the room. Ok, so the bathroom: there is just this sliding door that if you actually close you'll not be able to fit your legs in. It is rather odd. If you travel by yourself, not à big deal, leave it open. Breakfast is just à croissant and coffee and OJ. You can get a better pastry and coffee for between 1,50 -2,50 at one of the little shops down the street. The breakfast definitey needs improvement..make it à buffet, add fruit and yogurt..Next time in Avignon I may or may not stay here again. The fittings in the room were a little loose and the shower didn't drain very well. These were not big issues though. There's no free wifi. Folding door of the bathroom. If don't close the window, it will be noisy. And, no lift in the hotel. The room is a bit noisy at night before 2am since there's a bar restaurant opposite playing loud music. I might say that the accommodation is clean and simple and that some rooms do not have shower facilities, but this was no bother at all. My room had a smal toilet/bathroom space (again not a real problem, but some people are fussy). it was acceptable for what it offers. Maybe there was a little bit of noise from the street, but it is quite normal because it is situated in the centre of the city. The bathroom doesn't have a door, it is inside the room. The rooms may be noisy sometimes because of the restaurants on the street. tv channals were only in french. absolutely beyond control of the hotel but the street outside can be very noisy until the early hours. The music from the bar opposite is terrible as well. There are some rooms facing away from the street so perhaps ask for one of them. We would stay here again. Tiny bathroom. Toilet area tiny !. Toilet design is a nightmare. If you sit on it there is no room where to put your legs because you hit the (closet-like) door in front of you with your knees. You have to either open the door or play the contortionist a bit, hehehe. For me it was not a big issue but my friend would never ever recommend the hotel. Bathroom needs repairs, shower head kept falling down, bathroom far too small for average person, they could move bathroom wall out as it was not properly attached anyway, bathroom door non existent. Poor & limited breakfast Tiny bathroom, shower in a bad condition Just a basic room Staff did'nt try to speak English. Very small bathroom. Room quite small for the price and had to hang around for 4pm check in. bathroom was very, very, very small. Our reservation was for a room with bathroom and when we arrived they told us that happened a problem and that only rooms with shared bathroom were available, it was quite late so we decided to stay there. Bath was somehow clogged. The room that we stayed was in front of a noisy bar and we couldn't sleep.
