The situation of the hotel is excellent, and we were very pleased with
our stay there, finding our studio room very good value for money. We
would certainly stay there again.
Great location for exploring Aix-en-Provence. Supermarket & patisserie/cafe only 50m away. Short walk to buses & trains.

No complaints at all. This is a basic accomodation and for the price and location given (student flats) it is very good.
Offcourse this is not organised as the Ritz hotel. Aix is so interesting you don't spent useless time in your flat!.
good location. very close to Tourist Information Office. you can book lavender tour or other tours there.

For whatever reason, the manageress was a bit inaccessible, which did in
fact make it difficult for us to settle our account. (It was deducted
from a credit card, without our knowledge, and we are told will be re-
embursed.).
No TV, but a few days without one wasn't the end of the world...
The toilets were not that clean.
Hard beds, slightly spartan, limited reception hours.
Staff not usually available even at fixed hours Bed collapsed Blinds not
working Traffic noise.
Problems with wi-fi. Kitchen facilities were bare minimum at best.
