location. Some steps from the hostel is downtown, also near hostel are
bus station, airport about 15 minutes walk, railway station about 20 min

It is very good location close to the center (around 5 minutes by foot), close to the busstation( 3 minutes by foot). Friendly staff and clean rooms.
The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and showed a genuine appreciation for your needs; caring and thoughtful.
It was a nice hostel and owner of hostel was so friendly.
I stayed for 2 nights at Teko. It's situated very conveniently near the Central Bus Station, only 5 minutes walking disance. It's in a quiet location although near a main road that leads to the city centre. The bus stop to the Airport is just 50 metres away from the hostel. A supermarket at the other side of that main road is very helpful. From Teko to the Old town is about 15 minutes on foot.
Staff was quite helpful, informative and spoke English.

The permanent Russian residents living there had no respect, were rude, had no manners, and left a mess in the shower rooms and kitchen; no respect whatsoever for other residents.
The room was rather basic, not a single hanger for the towel at the bathroom! Worn out pillow and matress.
Poor kitchen with no stuff in there, bad location of WC on the floars.
