  The services are perfect , also I did ask for Semiramis hamburger for the room as a dinner it was perfect , delicious and very big one . Also that chief and bread woman in the breakfast hall , they were amazing I do really want to thank you and your staff .   I liked about everything in this hotel. It was very clean, well situated, the staff was correct and friendly and the room was very quiet (not always so in Cairo). - The room, hotel staff very helpful and kind, I was made to feel very welcome and would stay with this hotel again.

  The staff is terrific. The pool area is nice. we had a junior suite with two rooms and two balconies overlooking the Nile. I highly recommend upgrading to a suite if you can afford it.   The staff are wonderful, first it was a super easy check in process unlike other hotels, we were there for my wive's birthday, the staff helped me to put together a surprise room decoration, candles and roses and balloons, a cake, a bottle of sparkling wine and all for less than 100 $. It was an excellent experience and I got rewarded from my wife for t - I loved this hotel!!! The staff was awesome and I'd highly recommend booking your tours through the hotel. My tour guide was Mina and my driver was Ahmad. Mina is very knowledgable and Ahmad was a SUPERB driver!!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY AROUND. Mahmoud (gold room/floor concierge) helped booked the tour and he too made my stay GREAT! I will recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. When I return to Cairo I will definitely be staying here!
