Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, excellent maintenance, great water sports and leisure trips, well maintained private beach and swimming pool, accomodative chef ready to make customized dishes for us vegetarians. The person at the front desk for water sports was also accomodative to change our scuba diving trip to snorkling trip at the last moment. Overall a fatastic, memorable and rejuvinating experience.

The staff were excellent from reception right through to the cleaners,they were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Plenty to do if you wanted or you could just relax, lots of things for the younger kids too. Facilities were good including shops at hotel were you could buy gifts and any essentials you need. Food in restaurant was varied and good.

All was perfect. The food was very good and with great variety . We suggest to try the a la carte hotel arabbeya, amazing really. Room 15202 beautiful position and nice half suite . The hotel is an excellent choice in Sahl Hasheesh. The staff is amazing! From spotless cleanliness by Eid to service with a smile everywhere you go. Hasan, khalid and Amr were very welcoming at the lobby and reception desk.
They assisted me with all my queries and i was very satisfied with their service and hospitality.
Waiters and other staff such as, Eid, Ramadan, Saber, karim Mohammed, Ahmed and Salah were very helpful and attentive to my needs. The hotel manager was also very kind and generous.
