the staff verry frindly make me fill like im in my home and they trying to make many things to make me hapy. serivices insid the hotel is great the clenliness its realy good. The willingness of the staff to make my stay pleasant. good location (in centre). the only thing good about this hotel is the location downtown. other than that, if you can stay elswhere!!. kaikki arvostelut »
nothing. I would like the payment process happening during the check out time as it is practiced world wide. where do i start, i arrived on my own an had to return to the airport to collect my brother at 1 am i asked if they could arrange a taxi for this time they laughed in my face. the lift was always broken, and the stairs tiresome to climb, the rooms where freezing, dirty and smelt funny. They will only clean the room if you go and annoy them about the matter. and apprently we had the best room????. alot of no water or no hot water, I had to ask for blankett, bedcover, chair, no willow,no cleaning during the stay (4 niights), cockroaches in the room, poor breakfast. When I decided to change the hotel after the first night, no payback of the money for the 4 nights.
