The staff at this hotel are great. Abdeen checked is the first person I
met and was great the whole way though. The guy has great customer
service skills! Another guy works the night sift and he is also
wonderful! 2 guys do a great job of making everyone feel at home. If
every person in Egypt could be like them it would be wonderful. They are
nice, and make you feel relaxed. Its like they are jamaicans :)
Everything is Ire! After I left this hotel I went to a bigger hotel, in
Luxor and it was t. kaikki arvostelut »
Nice and cosy hotel, room was clean and quiet, thumbs up for organising the trip to Abu Simbel! Staff friendly and helpful, I only booked for one night but Aswan itself is beautiful and needs more days to fully experience it.. Breakfast box was prepared for the early departure with the convoy to Abu Simbel, and reception was flexible with checking out time after returning from the trip, they also store your luggage.
Souk is very nearby and the staff are super friendly. One time he hawled a taxi for us from the street and negotiated a bargain price for me. It used to be very cheap but not now. Still it is not expensive. The manager gave me a room at the first floor because of the luggage and kids.
Nice and friendly staff. Perfect place to start your trip to Abu Simbel. The reception will organize a trip with reasonable price for you. Also feluka trips are cheaper here than Cairo or Luxor. The landscapes are beautiful. Jacuzzi at hotel was nice and relaxing surprise.
as usual the staff at the front desk is always helpful and curteous.
especially abdenine. very professional and knows the hotel business in and around aswan and is willingto go out of his way to assist his clients or even walk in tourists.
I really thought the Kylani was great value for the money. Rooms were cl ean, hot water, ac, attentive staff, good breakfast and more. I would stay there again in a heart beat.
It is situated near to the souk (bazar). They provide a good deal for the tour to Abu Simbel. The staff were very helpful. Nice breakfast.
The breakfast was awesome. The staff very friendly and helpful; they
gave us a lot of tips about tours and sights in the city.
Simple and clean good for money good position 5 minutes walk to nile
river 10 minutes to railway station by taxi.
Very thoughtful, and considerate staff. They went out of their way to accomodate us.
Great staff, affordable, central location.
Service is very nice.
The beds were comfortable, but the pillows smelled like they hadn't been washed.
They have a Jacuzzi room, but only if given permission and it was a bit dirty and only half the jets worked, but at least it was a jaccuzi.
the room is neat and bathroom good but very simple. It is a good place to organise trips. We got cruise for 50usd pp pernight in may first week. Good value. Abusimbel up and down for 70LE by microbus.
The staff was professional and helpful. It's one of the best budget hotels in Aswan. They offered the long and short trip to Ab Simbel.
Location was ok
Fridge in the rooms
Breakfast was nice
Pool on rooftop, but dirty...
Como íamos sair muito cedo, nos prepararam uma caixa com café da manhã.
Staffs are good, costs are affordable and location is okay.
Pancakes for breakfast was a very welcome change, lovely!.
The staff....very friendly and helpful.
Reception staff has fluent english skill, the tour price is reasonable.
Only the Location and a very kind lady who works making the breakfast.
Rooms a little small. They need to bring the Shisha back! Please!.
Bathroom is small but adequate, also it was a bit noisy early in the evening but nothing really stood out as bad!.
Restaurant is at the rooftop and it is little inconvenient to reach with young kids, not a big deal though.
Internet did not work in the rooms.
The breakfast is ready for a bit late. The room is full of dust.
The computers were not working so well.
Hot water for the shower is not enough for two people.you have to wait
quite a while for the electric water heater to heat the water.
Nothing.
Air condition is noise.
Room was rather beat, only half the lights in the room worked, and the shower was ice cold even though the heater was on.
Room can be better for the money paid.
The room smelled wired.
Staff not very helpful, e.g. late check out
Tour operator they suggested was not very professional
Only single beds, when double was booked.
Chão do quarto sujo, camas ruins.
You can't use wi-fi in your room, then room was not clean. I could see many dead mosquitoes on my bad. The air of room was also musty.
One of the workers suggested we eat at El Masri (the Egyptian). This was a really poor suggestion. It only had expensive set menus and seriously the food was by far the worst we've had in Egypt. Almost inedible. So we were pretty disappointed by this recommendation from the staff at Kelany and this made us less willing to listen to other advice.
- Room is small, dirty, shower water tiny;
- very nois
- how it can be the higher rank in the booking?34 dollars?50 Egyptian pounds!.
Lots of hair on the beds...Only 1 chanel on Tv ...dirty bathroom..The electicity and water were cut off in the whole hotel during the last day of our stay, according to other people for non-payment.
