the shuttle service has been very efficient!!! the staff went to pick me up directly in the arrival hall of the airport, in the middle of the night, with a sign showing my name to avoid any misunderstanding. They were on time and very kind. The hotel is beautiful, especially the swimming pool and all the plants and lush vegetation surrounging it. I liked the position very close to the airport.

I was lucky to be the first guest at the hotel one day before the official opening. Very friendly staff, great location within terminal 3 of the airport. Was great for my purpose (one day business in Cairo). Overall, very trendy , yet simple, furniture. I liked many fine touches they had inside the room. Certainly recommended.

It's a huge hotel with many restaurants. But it is beautiful. I had a lovely room, big enough to hold a dance in, and the bathroom was a dream. I stayed in the Towers extension and would highly recommend it. The half board package was great. I was amazed at number of good restaurants and variety under one roof. Each restaurant had its own beautiful ambience, decor, lighting, and excellent food.

Everything was excellent during our stay, but that maybe because the
hotel had just been open for 1 month. The staff are all very friendly,
attentive and polite. The hotel is extremely clean and very modern. One
of the best hotels in Egypt at the moment. -
