Windy location, great for summer. Clean spacious rooms, hospitable staff. A good food variety at both breakfast and dinner. Clean pools. Nice, but moderate entertainment at night. Great for children, if you have any as they have a good playground by the beach. Very good place for a short honeymoon trip, and the staff was very helpful and welcoming when they know that we are a honeymooners, and they made a surprise for us with a cake when we was out of the room which was so nice of them.

You don't need to walk much from the room to reach the pool or the beach also its clean and food was very nice, staff are friendly ,it's worth it for the money we really enjoyed. I had a wonderfull stay in Romance Hotel , the place is realy relaxing with a nice freindly staff , food is excelent , rooms are comfortable and clean We recomend this place. Room service were helpful. Dinner's taste is average. Didn't get the pool view room that we booked, instead we got stuck in a garden view room. There's no supermarket at the resort, we had to take the car 2 kilos to get to La Vista's Market to get water with normal price, not with 10 egp per bottle at the hotel. من العيوب الواضحة جدا ان الفندق بعيييييد جدا عن القاهرة مقارنة بمعظم فنادق السخنة اللي مش بتاخذ الوقت ده كلة علشان توصلها - الاكل للاسف سيء جدا والبوفية المفتوح اللي معروض فيه أصناف قليلة - الرمال علي الشاطيء محتاجة نظافة أول بأول - المكيفات في الغرف مركزي بس قديمة فياتحول الغرفة لتلاجة فاكهة ياما تحولها لسونا - الغرف بعيدة عن الرسيبشن والمطعم وحمام السباحة فتحس بمسافة كبيرة اوي بين الغرف والاماكان دي. Only thing I did not like was the beach full of rocks under water so you have to be careful. Nothing. No view (all Rooms are badly placed) It's impossible to swim in the beach as its 30 cm deep with lots of rocks. very small swimming pool and only 120 cm deep. Bad location (A bit far from Sokhna), No heating system in the pool which makes it very cold, Rocky beach, No shopping, No leisure options at night, The gym was closed. Dinner diversity, you can't have your breakfast in the room until 10 am after the restaurant breakfast finishes. The DJ was so loud on the beach ,with techno music so ,it was so hard to relax on beach. the hotel it self is not big..no night activity during the week days...so sometimes you feel boring at night. The cou in the sea . So so bad. Pool depth was 160 cm. the beach is very bad,it is also very fare from cairo. I found died insects in the bed and the room smell have a heavy cleaning spray... Not much in the way of extras, nothing to do at night. Only drawback is the location that is almost in Zaafarana. buildings design and uncomfortable beds. need more attention to cleaning. It is a little bit far from Porto El Sokhna. Bathroom was not clean.basket was full of used papers and there was no shamboo.door lock was annoying and very idiot it didn't work properly made me very angry.most of the staff looking to us specially my wife all the time which was very bad silly attitude that made us bored and didn't respect that place. Too much paper and routine. nothing. 1- almost no lights on beach or kids garden 2- water is not serviced at all even in small quanties either at breakfast or dinner 3- no entertainment at night except shisha corner. the fooooooooood. day use, bad soap in the bathroom. House keeping very bad Swiming pool very cold. No one is controlling those who come from the sea beach and cleaning their foot in the pool to remove sands. Also, some people are swimming in the pool with their clothes on which is NOT heyienic at all. Those 2 points need to be addresses urgently. the pool cleanliness. the receptionist is very Mistreated. The pool was exposed to the dinning room which prevented us from using it along the breakfast period. The pool water is not heated. The food quality is not good i didn't enjoy it and also room service stuff came after i asked 4 times to come and clean the room, the sea is rocky. * Really, Nothing !!. - Limited choices buffet - Too much stairs, old people will suffer. no night activity no entertainment tv is not good, no channels. The food is bad i ate only one day and then i quit eating in the hotel. The sea is rocky and needs shoes. Limited variety of food but it was good and acceptable as it was in off-season. pool was not heated but we managed to swim. Small swimming pool. The pool, room with no clean sheets nor towels , I asked for a sea view room however the room view was side not clear one to enjoy the sea. it is far. Food quality is lower than average i requested a sea view room but they give me a side sea view room beacuse i booked thru letsbookhotel.com although i even asked i can pay extra charge to get sea view room but they refused. It should be clear at booking website that we would be treated diffrently if we booked thru their website for honesty.Recipionsit was not cooperative. Food was so bad. The room was missing important things like shampoo.
