  The hotel is in the best location in the city right at the hot springs and the colonnades. They have their own massage facility and you get a discount on the famous spa castle. The receptionists were very professional and switched on. Once you ask them about anything, they would promptly get you the best solution. The restaurant staff were very nic... mitä ihmiset sanovat » e and breakfast was superb. - The room was large and the location fantastic. They also let us keep ourparking and put our luggage in the baggage room after check out so wehad additional time in wonderful Karlovy Vary.

  Small hotel close to the bus stop and not far away by walk from the center. Very nice lady at the reception, who gives you information about the town. Single room nice clean and quite big. Breakfast nice with choice of sweet and salted food. The lady in the breakfast room was very nice also. - Quiet location, ~10 mins to the center of Karlsbad.
