  I had no trouble finding staff who spoke English. They were also patient with my attempts to speak Czechish. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, including in the dining facilities, bowling alley and fitness center. The WiFi had fantastic reception. Plus they just opened a top deck for eating with a view over Prague. A little refrig was perfect; Trams close by.
