Staff were friendly and very helpful, i especially appreciated the birthday wish and chocolate left in my room for my daughter's birthday. The location is great, only a minute away from Charles Bridge, but situated in a quite place, away from the crowds and noise. The family suite was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

We stayed in the hotel for a night. It was excellent. The location is near to Prag main station and 15 minutes walk to the Charles Bridge. The room is so well arranged... the lighting system and bathroom with glass is so romantic. Perfect for a romantic night. The best part is Kitchen is included in the room along with some cooking and serving utensils. The final word is Best value for money.

Vaikea sanoa. - The luna hotel was full or unavailable but they booked us at their4* hotel Clarion Congress for the same price (plus the 17 EUR/dayfor parking) - around 5 minutes to the metro and only about 5-6 stop to city, american breakfast, free wifi in public place, clean and tidy, and helpfull staff.. worth value of money!!
