  All we can say is "Wow"! We had 6 adults and 2 children under age 2 with us. The apartment at Malostranska Residence was over the top for what we were hoping for. We loved it! Advertised as room for 4 (2 double beds) we had come prepared with an air mattress for the other two adults but there were also two full size couches and a love seat. The weather was very wet and Nicole was so helpful in finding and booking suitable restaurant for us . The taxi transfer which she arranged was also first class and good value reliable . But, instead of us telling them, they called us and told us about the delay and will arrange for delayed picked up as flight new schedule. Definitely great service from the hotel.   Henkilökunnan palvelualttius - The Santini Residence is an absolutely wonderful hotel. This small hotel is located in in an area most convenient to major sites of interest in the city. My wife and I stayed in a suite which was one of the most luxurious and beautiful hotel rooms we have ever used (our next stop was the Fours Seasons hotel in Budapes... mitä ihmiset sanovat » t where the room did not compare). The staff was always extremely helpful. - I stayed at three excellent hotels during my wonderful stay in Prague. All were excellent!! But I am certain I saved the best for last...as I have stayed at many hotels throughout Europe - Santini Residence without a doubt has been the most pleasurable. I will be back for sure.
