  The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It is located on a quiet street at the west end of the Charles Bridge with a park on the other end opposite the bridge. As other people posted, the location within the city could not be better. It is a 30 sec walk to the bridge and the location felt very safe and secure. The hotel itself is nice and the rooms are very clea - Staff welcomed us at 1:20am after late flight and helped us settle in with warm drinks and extra blankets. We also had a super room for the 4 of us in eaves. Location was also great, just next to Charles Bridge, but still quiet.

  Four stars are not enough.....plus the location can't be beat! The room we had faced the river, and it had a very nice view indeed - the top floor is always good. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had, and included items such as scrambled eggs (excellent), bacon, and other items which were really good. Our room (317) was all tiled - The hotel's location was great, with a walking distance to places of interest in every direction. Staff was helpful, we got e.g. extra blankets when asked. Room was very tidy and cleaned daily. Breakfast was comprehensive: sausage, different cheeses and cold cuts, eggs (scrambled and boiled), fruits, cereals of different types, yoghurt, toasts, green salad, potato salad, vegetables, couple of sort sweet pastries, juices, etc..). I'd book a room again there if I ever went to Prague again and got

  Excellent location, right beside the stairs to the castle! I’m glad that I ordered the shuttle from the hotel to pick us up to and from the airport coz the hotel is far from the airport (but close to tourist area). Apartment: big and clean. However, the Monday morning we left is a bit noisy as they are back to work. One more thing is that letsbookhotel.com and the hotel both charges - hostess texted me with directions which was helpful. We loved the terrace, especially lounging in the evening after "touristing" all day. It's close to the city, very clean rooms, fridge, small bathroom and shower, but adequate. Place is very roomy, ceiling is slanted and a bit low, so be careful getting up!

Everything from transportation from the airport to checking in and staying at the apartment went perfectly. The location of the apartment was also excellent, only a short walk from the Charles Bridge itself. - There are many things to like about Charles Bridge Apartments. First of all, location. Second, staying in an apartment vs. hotel is so much better in terms of space, having a fully equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay there ! (parents with 11 and 14.5 yr old boys).

The room was very large and comfortable with the only exception that it has not outside windows.
