Owners are very friendly and helpful, the room (we had studio) is clean and well-equipped. The sea is close, it takes 5-7min to walk to the main beach of Sukosan. It is also close to Zadar - 15min drive, and the supermarket is 10min drive away same direction. -

We have stayed in the Garden room which is lovely, it is defintiely on the smaller side but very close to the pool and the summer kitchen which is very nice and quiet. The lady host was super friendly and helpful. Very good location, about 5 min from the beach and village centre with all restaurants and shops. 10 min drive from the Sukosan marina.

pretty and has food and a store, atm, bakery so it was convenient. We
took a taxi in zadar for shopping and clubing but it was worth the trip

Very nice, clean and well-equipped apartment located in picturesque area, very close to the water. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The town itself is a quiet place, with a couple of cafés and konobas gathered in small old town part. A good starting place for excursions to Zadar, Ugljan or Pasman (which we highly recommend)
