  This was a great hotel. Very modern with good facilities and friendly, helpful staff. The room we had was very clean, in fact the whole hotel was spotless, and a good size with great shower room and good size balcony with table and 2 chairs. The bed was very comfortable. The facilities in the hotel were also very good.   Stayed three nights here at the beginning of the tourist season. Located on the harbour in beautiful Postira, hotel Lipa is perfect for a relaxing break. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, with a special mention to the manager and the head restaurant waiter.   Fantastic hotel with great access to all Makarska has to offer. After an initial mix up with our booking, this was fixed without any fuss and the next day we also received a beautiful fruit basket and bottle of wine from the management.   The hotel went out of their way to accommodate us and make our stay enjoyable. We traveled with our 16 month old daughter and my husbands parents and we all enjoyed our stay. Our first night, it was raining and our hotel arranged for us to order dinner from an excellent restaurant and eat it in the hotel dining room with wait service.   The personnel were very helpful and nice. The room was also nice with beautiful view and nice jacuzzi bath tub. The food in hotel restaurant was excellent as well. The hotel is situated in village of Seget Vranjica located about 5 km north of Trogir.
