  The location of Villa Squero was perfect. The first 2 nights we stayed in the attic room where we were happy except for the bonking of our heads on the angled ceiling. The view is incredible, looking back at Rovinj and watching the boats come and go. The second 2 nights were with a balcony on the floor below. The breakfast was the best so far in our trip: 2 kinds - We just loved everything. From the location to the fantastic breakfast on the terrace to the most beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the sea. Also, the little touches, like the bottle of sparkling water in the fridge and a gateau to nibble each evening on our return. The hotel is so good for both the old town of Rovinj and also for the wonderful coast line, which we could explore on the free bikes which we got from the hotel.   The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. The property has a beautiful garden, a very good restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool and a playground for children. It's in a quiet location, but within walking distance of the beach. I loved everything about it and would definitely recommend it to everyone! - The area and set up is beautiful.   The staff was very helpful as to what to do and where to eat etc. Gave us the map and then drew up how to get to the ferries etc. - Great place to stay - good location and very accomodating staff

  You can free park right in front of the house (otherwise it is 8 euro/day). Breakfast was okay, very friendly son. The place is perfect to go to Pula, Rovinj, Porec, .... Medulin has a few restaurants where you can eat cheap. We didn't take a lunch or dinner at the hotel. The Pool and garden area was excellent and the breakfast was well presented. A very enjoyable four day staff.

  Location was great. It is an easy walk to town center, grocery store, and restaurants. It is also a quarter mile from the beach, bike/walking trails along the water, and playgrounds for the kids.
