  Truly a faultless hotel.. We stayed one night at the Boutique Adriatic whilst travelling the Croatian coast & islands, and due to an early morning bus, it was far too short a stay. But from what we experienced, the staff are wonderful (a great family run business), the refurbishment/ decoration is spot on, as is the attached restaurant for bo... mitä ihmiset sanovat » th breakfast (included) and dinner (highly recommended). - We really enjoyed our stay at the boutique adriatic hotel. The location is fabulous, right by the sea on quiet road. Very romantic location with lots of character. We loved the stones walls and the staff very helpful with any question and friendly. We think this place has a unique touch for a hotel, as we usually prefer bed and breakfast accomodation for the authenticity.

  Amazing! Fantastic apartment that exceeded our expectations. Everything is bright and modern and Mubera, our host, was very welcoming and helpful. We were travelling with two young children and had everything we needed - cot, high chair and toilet seat. WiFi was fast with a strong signal. A well-stocked supermarket is directly below the apartment - we took the trolley back up in the lift with us! Highly recommended :- - Spacious, clean, modern flat (2 bedrooms and large livingroom with kitchen, hall and bathroom, 2 balconies) with all practical amenities for self-service: dishwasher, oven, micro, electric kettle, fridge & freezer, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, TV, wifi internet. Grocery shop, bakery, bar, cafe, cinema in the same same building. Bus stop outside. Close to beach. Lots of restaurants, bars, tourist stalls & hotels in the area. Very helpful hostess.

  When you first arrive you realize what a great location you have chosen. Its in the middle of the old city. Then you are greeted by Boris and Sandra who are a wealth of information and absolutely wonderful. I could not have been more pleased to have met them. The information you receive before you even arrive is a wealth of information and while I... mitä ihmiset sanovat » stayed they were more then generous with their time to tell me what I should be doing and where to eat and how to see the city. When I finally got to - Sandra and Borris were terrific! Not only were our accomodations wonderful they supplied us with wine and a fresh fruit basket on arrival. So much detail went into this apartment--we felt very much at home. They also helped us alot with our travel arrangements with maps and making car rental arrangements. We definitely would recommend to anyone traveling to Dubrovnik to stay here--the location couldn't have been better in the old town and was fairly quiet! Linda & Tom , Minneapolis, Mn

  Natasha was a wonderful host, who went out of her way to be helpful. As others have noted, provided a cel phone for our personal use and to contact her. We were welcomed with sugared almonds and fresh fruit. The apartment was perfectly located for us, appointed with everything we could have asked for, and the private terrace was a wonderful bonus ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » to enjoy our morning coffee. Another bonus was the washing machine which was welcome two weeks into our travel. Halfway through our six day stay Natas - Very good location and cleaning apartment. The owner Nanasa is so attentive and provides all kinds of useful /practical stuffs you needed for your stay, including washing machine! The terrace is with beautiful flours and it's a comfortable and pleasure to sit down after visiting Dubrovnik or swimming. The supper transparent sea with nice round rocks is near by, just cross the street and 5 minutes walking down. For us it's perfect place to swim as we prefer round rocks than sandy beach with too

  The hotel was new, well designed, peaceful and never felt too busy eventhough the rooms were all booked. Wonderful views across the clear seaeven from the bathroomwindow!. Went to a recital in the Rectors Palace which was fantastic. Very exciting as they were filming Game of Thrones...

  This place was amazing! You get a 5 star view and tons of privacy for 3 star prices! The door opens to a terrace with a view of the Adriatic and nearby islands. The terrace was a wonderful place to have meals everyday. The family was incredibly helpful and very kind and generous.   We stayed in the Duplex apartment at the start of October.The location of the apartment cannot be beaten, absolutely in the centre of old Dubrovnik. It is right at the heart of the city life and as it is the top two floors is actually very quiet...except for the bells of St Blaise's church (literally a few feet away) and the Cathedral. The facilities to cook are absolutely fine but you are spoilt fo - The apartment was perfectly central in the city, very easy to get to on arrival & extremely spacious, so no tripping over the suitcase during our stay! It was great to have somewhere we were never more than a 15 minute walk away from (within the city walls), for any well needed breaks from the blazing sun. I would definitely stay there again on a return to trip to Dubrovnik.

The host is friendly and acts as a guide by leaving maps, discounts for some businesses in town, and explaining historical/practical things about dubrovnik. There are shopping malls (food, bakery, ...) in the direct environment, which is good since there is no breakfast optio - Ante is a kind and genuine host, gives a great introduction to the apartment and the surroundings. Answers any questions you may have and offers a very comfortable place to rest and relax after walking around all day. Highly recommend these apts to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. The new town is only a 5 min bus ride from this apt and 10min walk to the bus station.

  Up market !! - Location was perfect, being directly outside Old Town. Being so close toPile Gate also meant that it was a very short walk to the hotel aftergetting off the bus from the airport. The staff was extremely friendly -the lady who checked me in remembered my name throughout my stay and wasvery helpful!
