  We were the very first guests and everything was absolutely perfect! The apartment is only a 2-minute walk from Portarata (the golden gate), but there's absolutely no noise to be heard, even though lively cafes are just around the corner. Helped with free parking nearby.

  Nice, quite area, good location both for the beach and visiting Pula, Fazana. Owner very friendly, discret but still around. I.ve found everything I needed in the apartment, we had breakfast there every day and 3-4 times even dinner. What a surprise when she came up to our apartment with a BBQ plate!!!! Stronger inside but I prefered to sit on the balcony :) - Fairly new, very clean, well maintained apartments between Pula and Fažana (just back off the main road). Good free internet. There's a beach 3 mins away from the hotel and the bus stop is in front of the hotel. Very practical. I really liked it.   We really enjoyed our 3 days stay in Villa Feniks and would definitely recommend it without any doubt. The Villa is nicely located 100 mt from a small bay with well serviced beach and marina. It is an exellent base for daily excursions.The service is top class, with attention to details and personal service.
