  Hotelin henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Huoneet ja koko hotelli erittäin siistit ja hyvässä kunnossa. Everything about our trip felt top notch, and the Residence hotel played a big part of it! - We stayed overnight in a very nice suite furnished with design furniture, facing sea. The Residence is adjacent to the 5* LAV hotel.The staff is very friendly and professional so we felt very welcome. Breakfast is served in room.

  The hotel is easy to find from Split, and is right on the beach. The hotel restaurant downstairs has very good pizza. The room was very comfortable. We highly reccomend this hotel. - I loved the big, clean room with a fridge and a wonderful balcony.

  Great, modern, spacious apartment! Clean, newly refurbished, fully equipped kitchen, good shower, comfortable bed. Stunning views from the balcony. It was lovely to enjoy breakfast on the balcony listening to the waves rolling into the beach. Owners are friendly, helpful and attentive.
