  New, spacious room. Calm, 15 minutes walking from city center along the seaside: sufficiently far to sleep in tranquillity, close enough for night life. Opportunity to swim at the "beach" across the promontory (can be reached via a 20 min path seaside, or a 10 min shortcut path across the promontory), closer than from city center.
