Good location. Very good "a la carte" specialities in the hotel's restaurant!. Nice people, free wifi in lobby, nice spa. Mostly all. Our luggage came from Kiev on third day. The receptionist girl Natasha was very supportive and helped us to find the luggage. We had an incident in front of the hotel with a taxi driver that scammed us and a man from the (security?) staff took taxi driver's part without trying to understand what happened.
