The hotel is very conveniently located across from the OCT Metro station. Very good commute location. I have spent almost a month at this place now and traveled around Shenzhen. OCT is probably the nicest place to stay. Location was very nice!! It's on your left when you came out from Exit a (oct Station). And you can go to China Folk Village by walk across the road!! The hotel was nice also I would recommend this hotel to my friends.
kaikki arvostelut » Nice hotel, easy to get to from within Shenzhen. Friendly staff, good food, clean sheets and towels, etc. Laundry service is good, quick and affordable. The covienience to the tourist and shopping areas also the metro,the room was very comfortable and clean.i recomend it and shall return. The location was excellent for the theme parks and the staff were very helpful. Rooms were large, well furnished and clean. The staff are very helpfull and gentle. Breakfast acceptable for us as muslims because we found some Halal food items. near the famous World of the Window, Cultural Village, Happy Valley. Gym, breakfast, next to subway station, 7-11 next to hotel. Good breakfasts Good location near subway. Helpful staff Clean, good quality rooms. Location ideal for Metro 50 yds.... Facility, near train station. Friendly Ttaff. Great for Window of the World. Good value for money. The hotel concierge lacks English skills. The breakfast is OK, not as elaborate as I have seen at other places. Not a great choice for vegetarians at the breakfast buffet. I wish they would label food items that were vegetarian/vegan or at least segregate them on the buffet table. Matrass is far too hard for Europeans, we're not used to the brick-as-a- matrass concept I'm afraid. If there's one thing I'd like to see changed then this is it. High deposit they took and caused delay problem with credit card account mony. I would sggest to provide muslims halal food at hotel restaurants because I have seen blenty of muslims. NO brakefirst included with 4 star class hotel. Shall include two breakfirst with the current hotel rates. Some rooms and floors in second building have HORRIBLE view. I had to complain in order to change rooms. Main building rooms and view is nicer. Don't get a floor lower than the 6th if you are facing the sea, or you will be looking straight at an ugly old building, 10m across from your window. No Ocean View! No swimming pool. Most of staff still can't speak English. You could see the shower room inside your room through the half transparent partition. A tad old.
