Location is great. Right beside a western bar & grill called "Spur" or "Spurs" which is a fantastic place to go after a hard days work. Hotel staff are very helpful and a number of them speak good english. Loads of shopping options within 5 minute walk. The area is safe to walk around at any time. I highly recommend this hotel for business or vacation. I will stay here again next time.
kaikki arvostelut » The staff were very friendly. They had over booked rooms when we were there so we were upgraded and it was all handled kindly and efficiently. The room was a very good size with the big windows/balcony making it feel even bigger. The decor was modern and stylish. Very comfortable beds too. The deluxe rooms were well designed & spacious. Beds were very comfortable. More importantly, the entire guestroom is in a pristine condition. Walking distance to 'Grand Theatre' mtr station. Hotel is surrounded by restaurants, convenient store and shopping mall. I enjoyed this hotel. Room service was good, good food, stunning finishes, wi-fi was on point, spacious rooms at a great price, good location, have a 24hour Spar on the 3rd floor which was amazing, 5min to the Mall, never left my room, I really enjoyed. this is perfect hotel and only 5 minutes walk from Grand Theater metro station. the staff speek basic english and very helpful. This is new hotel and recomend to other people. spacious room. 2 thumbs up on the room cleanliness. Close proximity to the MTR station, convenient store, shopping mall and restaurants. Very Beatiful Hotel, near the KK100, one of the most highest skyscraper of China. grand foyer, new hotel, good condition of carpet and furnishings, close to large malls and mtr. Very minor points but there were people smoking in the elevator. More non smoking areas would make the hotel even better. As would a mirror inside the room. Perhaps a steam iron & mini bar would be useful. Poor breakfast. No great views. the little noisy because of not a sound proof windows. No steam iron, mini bar and breakfast was very poor. Nothing. very little english is spoken by the front desk, one half toilet paper roll is insufficient supply for the average person, tea facilities rudimentary no sugar, toilet blocks regularly, smoking allowed in foyer, and everywhere. The service was very bad Breakfast very very very bad to don't say horible . Nothing to eat . Very strange for that kind of hotel. الفندق سييء لأبعد حد ... طاقم عمل غير محترم أبداً والغرف لا يوجد فيها ثلاجات وعند تسجيل الخروج تم تغريمي حولي 10 دولارات لإضاعة كرت من كروت الغرف والتي عادة تعطى بالمجان !! بالإضافة لانعدام الخيارات في الإفطار. This hotel is the worst hotel I've ever been to. The staff was unpolite & the breakfast was disappointing & the rooms have no refrigerators !! I've visited more than 50 cities in this hotel was the worst. How the hotel deal with gusset the manger of the reception his name king deal with us very stef and after your confirm booking he give us room without minibar till we call your staff . He insists us to pay deposit 200rmb all breakfast not familiar with moslum we asked him to add some moslum food or released the cost of breakfast from rste of room but no any action. I have book a Business Suite, but it is very dirty, with cockroaches running around the wardrobe! Then they have changed a room to me, but with a lower grade, but they said we must pay the same prices as Business Suite! Also, there are no wifi at first, and we must live in room with lower grade that with a router. I will never go back there.
