Staff are attentive and willing to serve but they need to be trained furthermore. Breakfast needs to be streamlined as there are many guests who leave for morning flights. Currently staff both at the restaurant and front office for check out couldn't deliver what's expected at that time of the day.

  special thanks for the friendly staffs to assist me with my leg injury. i arrived very late due to a bad leg injury, and our room was on the forth floor, and the front desk awaked all the staffs to carry me up the stairs to my room.
