  The staff were incredibly polite and the service was impeccable. They were also very helpful in providing us with "local knowledge" of where to go have fun, have good food etc etc. The room itself was huge. Impeccably clean, service was always prompt especially when we ran into trouble with the washing machine. Amenities that one needs away from... mitä ihmiset sanovat » home were all there. Gym, Pool & Jaccuzzi were also great. - Very spacious apartment, good for a family with children. Nice to have kitchen and washing machine and warm toilet seats :).

  Super friendly, helpful staff. The rooms were gorgeous and with a great location this hotel made for a wonderful place to stay in Beijing. - The staff women were amazing. They helped us schedule trips we wantedand offered suggestions without being pushy (like many other hotels). Iwas very impressed with the service aspect and recomment to friends.

  Nathan at reception dealt with our check in efficiently and a couteous manner. He arranged for us to keep our club room for the 3 nights hotel beds had booked. Nice lad.   I absolutely loved this hotel. All the staff made me feel so welcome.They made me feel like family. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is about a 4 minute walk from the Drum and Bell Tower. Ho Hai Park and Behai Park are also pretty close by. It is situated in surrounded by restaurants, hutongs and lots of sights!
