Location: located at an elevation just at the lower edge of the village such that it does not put a strain on your lungs and knees coming up from the the entrance gate, nor too far from the village restaurants and shops.
Pleasant "wooden" room with a brand new and absolutely clean bathroom and a nice terrace view. Decent food for a reasonable price. English speaking stuff. Wi-fi in the room. Huge and warm quilt.kaikki arvostelut »
The location is great. Close to all the scenic posts.
Hostel is nice, and staff is friendly. Watched Mr. Bean on vacations projected, fabulous mix of surroundings and fun.
Large big room for three people
friendly and helpful staff
reasonable food -
good location, beautiful surroundings
free wifi in room and hostel.
Personel was friendly and very helpful and the daughter spoke English
well. Room and bathroom were clean.
The girl at the reception was very nice and helpful. Wooden house. Food is OK. Good value for money.
Great location with a beautiful view of the rice fields from our
bedroom windows.
Great big room and comfy bed. Great food in the cafe.
Lovely room with stunning views of rice terraces.
staff wanted to be helpful all the time, quiet.
Great location, bbq chicken was superb!.
The wooden floorboards and walls that do nothing to dampen sounds from tramping feet, slamming doors and chattering mouths. Be prepared to be forced to listen in as the occupants in the neighbouring rooms give a blow-by-blow accounts of their day's activities. To seek refuge, lock yourself in the ensuite shower room, which has concrete walls and floor. Or use earplugs.
Nothing to complain about except noisy group from Italy staying there...
Connectivity, even with organized and payed shuttle from the hostel to Guililn, it turned out to be difficult to have your seat. For the car with 5 -6 seats payed up-front, only 2payed had seat the rest (5+kid) were locals without ticket. 5 of us stayed behind to wait for an other shuttle, late for 1.5h.
very basic bathroom consisting of a old-syle toilet, shower head and sink in very small space. Poor lighting in bathroom. Poorly connected taps.
Towels, toilet paper and soap in the bathroom would have been nice. The
food in the restaurant was not that thrilling - rather bland.
It takes 20 minutes upwards on foot to the hostel from the car park, so pack light.
The bathroom is small - shower is over the toilet.
Noise made when walking up + down the stairs and opening + closing the doors.
Staff not the most friendly but overall correct. You need to walk up
about 15 minutes once you pass the main entrance of ping'an and not
longji. Dont make the same mistake we made and ended up on the other
side of the mountain and had to take the bus back. Wasted 2 hours.
No western toilets and hardly any toilet paper.
Tiny bathroom, had to shower pretty much standing on the squat toilet.
the location,no terrasseview as promised, staff spoke very bad english.
Lots of construction which started at the crack of dawn meant little
chance of sleep after 6 am, particularly if your upstairs neighbours
were heading up to take in the sunrise. Bed little more than wooden
plank with very thin mattress and toilet Chinese style not western as
advertised.
