  Wonderful location -- right on the lake -- and the hotel grounds are really well landscaped. Food is excellent and the staff very attentive and friendly. I especially liked the gym. - Perfect location of the hotel and very friendly staff. Good italian restaurant and good breakfast (which was a bit expensive though for China).

Sam in the Concierge team can speak English and was most helpful, even before our arrival in Hangzhou, by answering all our email queries about tours from Hangzhou to Huangshan (Yellow mountain). Nice executive room and good options for western breakfast in the 16 floor. Internet in room.

  We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights on the executive floor with lounge facilities! The hotel room was spacious, very clean and tidy! The check-in was quick and efficient and the staff were very pleasant. The staff at the reception counter even brought us to our room. The quality of food, particularly the dessert, snacks and fuits at the executiv... mitä ihmiset sanovat » e lounge were good except some hot dishes were not hot enough! Service was good. What impressed us was that free wi-fi was inside the hotel, the loung - I spent there only night because I arrived to hotel very late. I don't like this style of mixed Russian and American. Hotel is comfortable and nice but not I like. I booked executive room and I went to breakfast to special lounge I didn't like breakfast there. Maybe there is nice viewing on city throu window but breakfast was poor.

  Friendly and very hospitable staff. I enjoyed the way the staff took care of my guests at reception with serving them complimentary tea. Special thanks - We stayed two nights here in a deluxe king room. While the hotel is in a modern highrise building it has the feel of a small boutique hotel.
