I found the hotel so great in term of cost, location, cleanses and overall staff assistance though I found English language were little problem with them but they so cooperative and helpfull. -

Inside the hotel it was really modern and the decor was great. It was great value and we felt happy about the place. The staff were fantastic and spoke very good English. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Concierge, Nicholas knows everything. He provided excellent recommendations for dining, made the reservations and provided directions. Location is centrally located within the financial district and it's beside IFC mall and other stores. Rooms are luxurious and well-appointed. Not crowded and there is free coffee/tea/soda/nuts/chips and cookies at the commonnliving room in the 3rd floor. Indoor pool and gym are great and wi-fi is free and fast. Staff are great, friendly and warm. They can express themselves in English. Worth going back and staying at this hotel again.
