  The hotel is very well located downtown, at a walking distance of many attractions. Rooms are clean and confortable. Staff is professional and efficient.Our room was supposed to be located at a lower floor but we asked for a quiet room and we have been upgraded to the 7th floor. We could leave the luggage at the reception the next day until the evening when we had our flight. We definitely recommend it! - The location of this hotel is amazing. It's not far from East Nanjing Road metro station. There is exchange machine in the lobby. The staff speak English and they are very friendly. The room is cosy and has a bath, what is a really rare thing for China. I am sure that I will stay there every time I come to Shanghai.

For the most part the facilities were very clean. Lobby and restaurant were very nice. Excellent location. I'd use this hotel again.

  Fantastic location. Close and easy access to tourist attractions, it is right at the end of the Bund. We had a Deluxe Scenery Suite so we expected a high standard it was a treat for us on the last few days of a facinating holiday in China.   Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was so spacious. The shower was huge and had fantastic water pressure. - Loved the big comfy bed, it was close to the main train station for our departure and the breakfast was superb.
