Is a nice appartment complex. Very good location in a financial area of the city. For the people who wants to attend the canton fair is very good too because is near to fair complex. If you like to walk a little in the same neighborhood there is the mall of the world, a very nice place for visit walking with very high and modern buildings in a incredible beauty park with much green. Also in the same neighborhood there are many international restorands and bars. Very nice everything. Appartment .

Its perfect for some one who is looking for modern amenities and little away from craziness of a hotel. - Apartments are clean and tidy, with all basic amenities. - Staff is very friendly; as every where in China English might be a problem but staff at reception is extremely helpful. - Check in process is extremely simple. - 24Hrs convenience store and coffee shop about 1 minute walk. 3 of us occupied a 2-bedroom executive apartment with nice city view from bedrooms and living room. Clean, spacious and comfortable ... could not ask for more although the kitchen was without utensils for short stay. Located within walking distance to shops and restaurants.'. My stay there was very pleasant and the staff were very accomodating and always went the extra mile for me!! So well done guys and I will defenately recommend this hotel as I have already done to friends!!. The apartment was well serviced and situated in an ideal location to catch both the metro bus and underground train. The staff were friendly and communicated well in english. Spacious rooms. I will recommend to confirm from the Hotel before booking. - Very less eating options in the In-house restaurant. - Same breakfast is repeated every alternate day. Not many options for Vegans. - Though it is very centrally located but the first time it is very difficult to find. *Just remember stick to the main Motorway, entrance is from the main road side. Wifi system could be speedier. The only thing I found a bit uncomfortable was the bed being a bit too firm and hard for my relaxation!. The bed was a little bit hard. The notices were not adhered to as the shuttle bus would leave well before the scheduled time. It took rather long to checkin as well. Nothing. It´s a bit far away from Metro station and the food variety is very limited as well as drinks available. i.e. wines are only available by bottle, which may be improved. Toilets needs some renovations. The temperature of the shower water is quite extreme. Location quite not known from many taxi drivers in Guangzhou. They calin kitchen use but there is not gas and nobdy informed. As usual in China only 1 or 2 people are able to spek a little bit englhish. Poor communication, very little English spoken. No information on attractions. I had booked the2 apartmensts which with 2 bed-rooms and a living room. and got the confirmation from you differently!!! so we change the booking to the rooms ( 2 bed-rooms & 1 living room) and paid the higher prices! Regret that by the booking by you in the last few times are not so safe or trustable like before. I do hope we can book by you in the future with absolutely correctly !!!. They charged me a cancelation fee for one of the nights I stayed there. I was very angry about this because they charged my card so now I have to try and get them to refund the money back. How they managed to muck that up is beyond me. They are pretty disorganised and its the last thing you want to deal with on your trip. staff pooooooor english. Phone didn't work in my room. Restarant ran out of menu selection 2 days in a row. Not easy to find the main entrance. staff poor english. Staff could not speak english. unprofessional, unfriendly staff, away from Metro, hard bed, high pillow, even high floor but still could hear noisy from the main road. No twin bed for the two room apartment. Staff was very unfriendly they don't accept usd no body will clean the rooms very bad location beds are very hard overall staff can't understand english overall very bad experience to stay there.
