I've called before check in to ask where to find the location; After check in, I've called to ask if the two bottle of water and tea bags were for free, and I've called to ask breakfast time. Even the gym was well equipped. The iron and board were also appreciated. Did not use the washing machine, though! Close to city centre, and short walking access to Jiefangbei shopping area, CRT station and Hangyou Village. Great facilities and adequate breakfast spread.

  Super friendly staff, most of which spoke english quite well. Beautiful room, great room service, and very nice breakfast in the morning. Very close to airport and the complimentary shuttle service is excellent! - The staff is helpful. Room is well decorated. Location is good. Breakfast is okay.
