The staff were very friendly and helped us a lot; both with finding taxis, helping us out with how to get to the Panda breeding base outside of Chengdu and recommendations of a good hot pot restaurant. The hotel is situated just perfect for a shopping trip. Eventhough some of the staff had limited English speaking skills we were able to communicate, satisfactorally. Located 400metres from Tianfu Square subway train station, restaurants and shops.
