The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable.It is very clean and free of unpleasant smells.In the room itself there was a washing machine and pantry. The service staff were excellent and the breakfast noodles freshly prepared by the chef was the best I had tasted in Chengdu.There is also a western restaurant which serves foie gras and beef steak with reasonable prices and the ambience was great it really did live up to its name Grandclub Hotel .
kaikki arvostelut » Very good value for money, we stayed at the hotel on a weekend. Room in the 29th floor had spectacular view over the city. A washing machine was in the room with laundry detergent included. Air con works properly, very good wifi, very nice room and super comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Staff at reception speaks English. Tasty chinese breakfast buffet. Staff was excellent and very helpful: they responded to our special requests (such as additional mattress for child, late housekeeping etc.) with efficiency and friendliness. Location of hotel is excellent: at a subway line and walking distance to most main sites. Spacy room. Excellent and diverse breakfast. The special price-offer. The spectacular view from 29th floor. Staff is very friendly and try to speak English. - good location, just next to the Subway station - large room, clean. Nice location & facilities, staff are nice, cleaning is good. clean, value for money, has a small kitchen. Very nice rooms. Metro is next to hotel. Good size room, very comfortable bed, great breakfast. Perfect location as exit from hotel next to subway enterance. The location is perfect! Just at the metro station Wenshu Monastery on the metro line 1. Value for money. Beside the subway, close to a temple. The staff is good but the owners were rude and inconsiderate. Even some staff agree with me. I will not recommend this hotel for anyone. The fitness centre only opens at 12 noon and not earlier. Hot tube in the wellness area is for men use only, which was quite disappointing, as we expected it different. Massages are quite expensive. There was no bath-tube. - a little bit noisy (a TV was on in the room next to ours during the whole first night, that was very loud). hotel reception on the 4th floor. Getting information was impossible. I asked several of the many staff standing around waiting to serve someone for tourist information. Nobody had any clue what to see or how to get there. Believe it or not, this 5-star hotel had no concierge! In contrast, I stopped by the Jinjiang hotel and received so much information and help from their concierge... Nothing negative to comment, for $90.00 per night plus delicious all you can eat breakfast, good value for money. There are cockroaches in the room!!!. Front line Receptionists not well trained in handling customer. Not friendly and helpful. VERY noisy, if your appreciate sleep well, be careful with this one.
