Wonderful setting, with amazing views The yurts, which are beautiful,
comfortable and unusual The inviting, light-filled dining room The
excursions, with very friendly and knowledgeable guides The fact that
everything was included, making our stay stress-free and relaxing.
Views were incredible and staff was very very helpful with
recommendations, especially the guides. They also surprised me with a
special birthday treat which they gleaned off my passport and this was
great. Meals were great, food was particularly delicious.kaikki arvostelut »
superb staff who were willing to help with anything and everything. restaurant serves excellent food and wine after a long day of hiking! the view is spectacular and yurts are warm and comfortable.
The yurts were special with great views, also they were very good about refunding a night when it was inconvenient for us to stay owing to the road closure.
This is not the hotel's fault, but a recent avalanche closed the
most direct road into the park, so travel to get to the trails was time-
consuming. The excursions could be better explained The water in the
showers could be hotter.
Location was not ideal if the south entrance is closed to the park as it
takes as much time from Puerto Natales as it does from the hotel. The
hot water was great but the bathtub didn't insulate very well.
no fault of the resort, but the road closure between patagonia camp and torres del paine made travelling to the park very time consuming.
A bit far from torres del paine on a day to day basis.
