  The location,it is right on the waterfront & easy to find,under ground parking good restaurant,caffe ,very nice rooms ,we had an up grade on our return journey & it was magnificent - Great location, superb breakfast, clean, pool is really well heated and unique with views to the Straight of Magellen.
