The hotel is very well maintained - it almost feels brand new. The location is perfect - one block from main plaza. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well appointed - the bed was really comfortable. Miriam at reception was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very nice.

At the end of the season prices this hotel is a "steal" ... it
is modern, cozy, clean, friendly.
Clean and comfy
great downtown location
quiet.
Two minor things - the toilet was very noisy when flushed (think "aeroplane toilet"). We could also hear flushing toilets in other rooms nearby.
We stayed 3 nights (in a room above reception) - on 1 night we were woken early in the morning (1am) by some rude guests in the common area near reception (the guy at reception should have asked them to be quiet but didn't until one of the other guests complained).
Easy to overheat room
staff were impersonal.
