  Octant fill in the excellent spaces on my iPhone. I want fill then all in. This hotel should be rated a ten star. I have never been in a hotel where all the staff is Trained. I am in a business that does training and I know when staff is trained. This is really something from the past you font see anymore. Fantastic - Luxurious oasis overlooking the water...a restful pied-à-terre to discover Victoria and the Island. Our stay felt more like a visit to a friend's country manor. Wonderful dining options - fab chef! And the personnel is consistently friendly and helpful (thank you Caitlyn!) Will be 'our place' whenever on the Island.

  We arrived fairly late and had a bite to eat and a drink in the pub downstairs. Very friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Beds very comfortable and quiet during the night. We had been concerned about city noise but was very peaceful! Restaurant for breakfast was wonderful. Great food, service, price and decor Was just a night stay, but woul... mitä ihmiset sanovat » d definitely stay there again and have recommended the restaurant to my family fwho live in Victoria. - I really liked how they stored my suitcase before check in so I could do my work and same thing after I checked out. I didn't have to pack my luggage to a business meeting. Also the convenience of the location being right downtown Victoria almost next to the museum and archives was a tremendous bonus. I liked how they put me in a room on the 14th floor which gave me the best views ever.

We stayed at the star - Excellent staff... Everyone was professional and friendly. We came over from Seattle. I had booked the stay online at letsbookhotel.com...we had a dog with us, and I had listed pet friendly as a requirement. Somehow letsbookhotel.com hadn't informed the hotel. Your staff was able to book us a pet friendly room and rectify the problem. I really appreciated that.
