Luxurious oasis overlooking the water...a restful pied-à-terre to discover Victoria and the Island. Our stay felt more like a visit to a friend's country manor. Wonderful dining options - fab chef! And the personnel is consistently friendly and helpful (thank you Caitlyn!)

I was in a jam & needed a quick last minute hotel option for my visit. Internet found-All positive reviews to reassure and was very surprised to walk into out beautiful room with an amazing view of the harbour & better yet.. An excellent choice & will definitely be staying agin. Every aspect of downtown Victoria were in walking distance for us (as its a busy town with limited parking). I recommended this hotel to all my friends & family for furure stays. You won't be disapointed

We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and the bar staff were great and even made me a hot citrus drink at no charge when I exclaimed that I was unwell and unable to have an alcoholic beverage. The location was very centralised to all that we needed to do in Victoria. I really liked how they stored my suitcase before check in so I could do my work and same thing after I checked out. I didn't have to pack my luggage to a business meeting. Also the convenience of the location being right downtown Victoria almost next to the museum and archives was a tremendous bonus. I liked how they put me in a room on the 14th floor which gave me the best views ever.

The location was fantastic . We stayed in room 452,the new part of the hotel and the view of the marina from our balcony was amazing. The hotel is also close to the centre of Victoria. The room was large and the housekeeping was excellent. Staff were friendly,polite and helpful at all times. We had a nice lunch at Auroa restaurant which was reasonably priced,which included several coffee refills . Overall we had a very pleasant stay

we were in room 307 which was very nice. Hotel overall was comfortable except that the room was too warm. The small units in each level did not cool the room very well. Loved the Cask beer in the bar downstairs. Also liked the family room next to the bar - we had a group of 20 in there on Sunday night and it was excellent - staff were great.
